"The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! "

Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had originally reserved was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. "Warm, welcoming staff! Loved the happy hour from 5pm - 7pm. Great location to walk to Vinoy Park for the music festival we were attending! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. Only downside was no refrigerator in room but we would definitely stay again and bring a cooler! Highly recommend this property!!!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. "Omg- i under estimated this place, is smaller than your usual hotel but vevy cozy, super clean, i mean super clean everywhere, well kept, staff was very polite, willing to help, pool and jacuzzi was well kept. "So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."
