"This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. Yes the rooms are clean, spacious and inviting but it’s the warmth and welcome that seals the deal for the biker on the Hauraki rail trail "

"Do not stay here! This is terrible lodging accommodation above a pub! It's very outdated old and does not feel clean. Had a ensuite room and for the money I paid was very disappointing. When it said oh this is a pub the music isn't loud yiu won't here it. I could hear the music if it was in my room after midnight the music finally turned off! This should be advertised that this is a noisy pub!"
