Good budget friendly stay

We booked last minute and it was a good, budget friendly stay. Easy check in, spacious and good facilities. The decor could do with an update, but for the price we had no complaints.

Room was dirty. Toilet did work. Windows didn’t close. A lot of flies and fleas. Could hear all my neighbors. Didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. Checked out a day early to sleep in my car (thankfully did not have to do that).

Basic motel, but room was really large, and staff were friendly and helpful. Had everything you need when you need a bed for the night.

Great Stay near Hobbiton

Check in was fast and smooth for our group with 3 different rooms. They had the keys ready for us when we got there showed us to our rooms and was clean and spacious

Very Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing. A short drive only to Hobbiton and restaurants etc.
