"Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Safe place to stay. Clean. Good breakfast. Welcoming cocoa tea given to help with possible altitude sickness. Noisy heater. Needed humidifier. Would like towel hooks and place to put bathroom toiletries. Located near Plaza De Armas and can be noisy at nights but excellent access to many key attractions. "

"Really quiet, and good temperature control. The rooms are sort of inside a larger isolated inner yard, so didn't even have to turn on the heater in July, which is the child time here. Rooms are huge!"
