"Rooms were freezing, hot water took more than 10 minutes to arrive, staff spoke zero English. Bedding was clean, food was reasonable, about on a par with a Motel 6 in Alabama. "

"A nice quiet place away from the busy central area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the plaza if required. The hot water took a second to work but when it did it was very nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. The spa was wonderful, the hours were a little short but great for relaxing after a long day. The massages are great and not expensive!"

"La atención por parte del personal al llegar al hotel fue muy deficiente, en múltiples ocasiones traté de contactarlos sin respuesta alguna. No hicieron servicio al cuarto, ni hicieron cambio insumos. La atención al cliente debe mejorar muchísimo."

"Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Jacuzzi, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die junge Darme an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten beim Check in bemerkt, das wir unsere Pässe im letzten Hotel vergessen hatten. Sie telefonierte mehrmals hin und her und organisierte schließlich ein Taxi um die Pässe abzuholen. Das Frühstück war allerdings nicht sehr gut. Wie fast überall in Peru. Zimmer zur Strasse etwas laut. Gute Lage zum historischen Zentrum"

"Het hotel ligt ver uit het centrum maar is toch nog redelijk prijzig. Het gebouw, de kamer, de badkamer zijn wat gedateerd. Niet zo'n gezellige aanblik. Het ontbijt valt wel mee. Er is vanalles en wordt ook regelmatig bijgevuld."

"Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place."
