"Good arrival experience, nice little touches such as the complementary teas and coffees. Would have been nice to have a little milk available too. Fantastic location. Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. "Room was clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Lights were awkward, for example, you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on additional lights. Lobby is somewhat loud, like a bar. Bottled water provided in room daily, which was great. Good location for tube connections."

"Fanatic apart hotel, 10 mins walk from the Elizabeth Line and around 8 mins from Jubilee Line. I felt safe as a solo traveller. The apartment was well equipped and more spacious than I expected. I’d definitely stay here again!"
