Honestly a very large room for London. Not much of a view from my room but a good trade off as it made the room very quiet at night. Having access to a small kitchen was really nice. 24/7 front desk and they were all really friendly

Although we picked up on few things that could have been improved on this visit. We would return at another date as we always enjoy our stay as it is convenient near M25 and close to shopping centres also near to our Daughters home in Enfield

having had a bereavement in the family, my partner and I thought it would be nice to come away for a break with my daughter & her boyfriend, but was really disappointed, we also heard so many people complaining.. shame as we really needed this break!
