"There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg operation. "I guess you get what you pay for but this place was over all bad. The electrical socket plate came off. The refrigerator was smelly and the part of the freezer was jammed up with frost. The microwave was old and not plugged in and then when I used it, it produced a smell. The shower head was detached and could not sit up right by itself. "Such genuinely nice staff and very clean hotel. Just there is limited staff and the service at both the restaurants is very slow and a lot of the beer selection was out. Also the movies in the theater were cancelled many of the nights that we stayed there which is a big amenity we were looking forward to."

"My sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unidentifiable stains, and the, bathroom was not fully re-supplied with lotion. The shower was not repaired to fix the missing soap dish. Even though housekeeping supplied us with cleaner bed covers, the overall experience was not satisfying. "
