"Breakfast very poor both days
Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party, they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not.
Check out, come down stairs to reception you could not move for people and also outside on pavement.
+ Room was excellent plus the Bar staff was excellent."
"I took a single room - the bed was comfortable and the room size was enough for an overnight stay. The bathroom: the shower was excellent - could have had a shower gel dispenser secured to the wall. The detailing of the sealant areas needed more cleaning. The toilet seat had a broken hinge - needs repairing. Otherwise very serviceable.
Tea and coffee making was great with real coffee bags and Twinning Teas.
Carpeting in the hallways is tired/worn and needs cleaning or renewing and also maybe the bedroom.
Overall I would return as it's local enough to my craft course.
Thanks for the welcome and stay"
"Very clean room, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and service. The room was well designed and had everything we needed. Loved the treat bag bed and bowl for our dog. She was a very happy girl. Plus despite a wedding celebration our room was very quiet all night. Highly recommended!"
