"We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. "Front desk gal was overwhelmed and exhausted but very sweet. The happy hour on Tuesdays and Wednesdays was a nice treat and breakfast was fantastic…so many options. The room could use a bit of love and the street noise was not appealing. This was our first stay at this hotel. "

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

"I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the property. Overall, the property was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. The people there were also amazing, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience more enjoyable. However, there were a few issues during my stay, such as the TV remote control not working properly. "The breakfast menu is continental and perfect! I could come up in my bathrobe and slippers and grab some fresh fruit. Make a waffle and go back to my room, Clif The chef helped me even make the waffle! He’s amazing and such an asset! And I love the spa, mainly I used the gym and loved the variety of equipment and they even supply water and fresh towels! I always stay here because all the amenities are there for you and they go to the extra mile! "
