"Location was perfect, staff was friendly & helpful. Stayed at the West side & we loved it. Old & rustic but very clean. Parking was very convenient, right in front of our cabin. The dining hall food was tasty & a good value for money. There are even 2 microwaves free to use if you need to heat up your food. Love this place, no nickling & diming. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again."
"It was a good spot to stay for a late afternoon and early morning at the rim. The room was clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and welcoming."
Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at Grand Canyon by IHG

"Our room was nice. Everything was ready. We did arrive around check-in time which apparently everyone showed up at the same time. Unfortunately the internet was done but that's not a big deal. We had a place to sleep, a great breakfast, some delicious smores, and many outdoor activities. The game room was out of service but we enjoyed everything outside to do like swim, bag toss, & enjoy the 4th of July community parade thru town & the drone show. "
"Room was nice but view was disappointing. We expected a view of the Canyon since the hotel sits perpendicular to the rim, but we only had a view of the parking lot. We specifically asked for the best view available at check-in, and were told that a room was available on the 3rd floor (no elevator) that would have the best view. Overall the hotel was charming and we got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise right outside the hotel entrance."
"Room was clean, check in customer service was nice. For our dinner at 6, kitchen was out of a lot, I wanted chilli, they were out, also out of hotdogs, out of desserts. At breakfast they wouldn't heat up a cinnamon roll, and you also have to pay for coffee, $4.00 a cup, which I think should be complimentary for guest who stay on their grounds."
"Entering the lobby for check in, we were greeted with a very cool rustic setting. Kelly at the front desk was extremely helpful and suggested several options for us to make the most of our self allotted time at the South Rim.
We were given a ground floor room which included a small private patio. An unexpected surprise! Cost for breakfast was a bit over our budget considering the small amount of food we normally eat at that time. There are several local places serving breakfast within walking distance, including a Starbucks.
When we return for a longer visit to the Grand Canyon, we will definitely try to stay here again."
