"We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and there was plenty of parking. The room was lovely and large. Beds were comfortable. Heating/air conditioning unit worked well. Bathroom was clean and lovely. It was great to have free tea/coffee in the lobby. I would stay here again. "

"The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom/shower. However the bathroom door did not have a lock. There was exceptional service from the front desk. They had ice age playing in the indoor pool and upon arrival they had fireplaces going outside and free smores which was the cutest. I am definitely coming back. "

"We selected a partial canyon view room with two queen beds at Kachina Lodge. The view from the room was spectacular and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Kachina is literally steps from the canyon and trails. The check-in and out at El Tovar was easy. We ate dinner within the lounge at El Tovar and breakfast in the El Tovar restaurant - both were delicious. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the restaurant buffet-like serving line is misleading, because such a restaurant feature wasn’t open for patrons; menu ordering only. Nonetheless, the food was tasty just not buffet style nor the choices one would expect from a restaurant showing a photo of a buffet serving line.
Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Grand Canyon National Park entrance."
