"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. "家族三人で三泊しました。 デラックスツインルーム クラブラウンジ利用可のお部屋を予約していたので、30階のお部屋を用意していただけました。景色も良く、お部屋もトイレ・お風呂も大満足でした。ベットも大人二人(娘と二人)で寝ても十分な広さでゆっくり寝れました。あえていえば…アメニティ・スリッパの数が三人数分そろっていなかったので、次の日のベットメイキングの方にメモで書いていったら、夕方部屋に戻った時ちゃんと用意されていました。ちなみにアメニティは、シャンプーコンディショナーボディソープはもちろん、歯ブラシとコットン綿棒のセットがありましまた。 治安も良くホテルの立地も良いので、夜でもブラブラでき素敵な街を歩き回りました。オペラハウスやハーバーブリッジにも歩いていけますよ。"

"What an oasis in the city - so easy to get to from international airport with the hotel over the Wynyard train station. The rooms are so well designed that the small scale felt just right - everything in its place and nothing that we wanted for. The rooftop library was brilliant for catching up on work and colabs with colleagues and the coffee and food spot on! The gym is well equipped and clean with brand new equipment.
