"Decent location and a short walk to most places. The hotel takes up 3 of the 6 floors and the remaining 3 floors are condos. There is someone at the front desk from 8AM - 7PM. If you're looking for hotel amenities, this isn't the place for you. The living room was pretty sparse with 2 chairs even though the room could definitely fit a couch and a coffee table. Definitely some interesting design choices, but it was plenty of room for us and it was very clean and comfortable. We never heard any...

"The desk clerk was very helpful. He helped with internet for our travels. He also advised me on a parking ticket I got - parked right across the street. The ticket agent gave me a ticket in error - because I was able to park until 8am. Spectacular!"

"Ava lodge is brilliant. Clean, comfy beds, spacious and we were lucky enough to have a balcony. The beds are comfy with lovely linen. And the bathroom especially the shower is huge. "
