"Loved our stay here, perfect for my family and centrally located that made it extra special. Unfortunately, locating the hotel entrance was a big problem but we eventually found it."

"The rooms we had were adequately clean but some issues with heaters not working and when it was 1 degree outside, we needed the heaters. Not a fan of the open showers as water leaks everywhere but it was above a spa bath which we did not use. The owners were very pleasant and eager to help if we had issues."

"Friendly staff and good communication. The rooms are dated, but were a good size and well provisioned. Handy to the CBD and it was nice to look over Hagley Park. The hotel is on a very busy intersection and there was a bit of traffic noise, but not too bad. Would stay there again."
