"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. "The Outrigger Waikiki Paradise hotel was perfect . . . Our room was very nice and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier! Plus, the hotel is only a short walk to Waikīkī Beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In addition to a good rate, we received a $50 credit to nearby restaurants, discounted tickets to see a live show, and a complimentary beach bag to carry beach towels and essentials. I definitely recommend. "

"Great location. Less than 1 minute walk to waikiki beach. Super convenient to diamond head and the zoo. Hotel connected to ABC store and lulu’s restaurant. If you rent a car, 24 hr in and out Valet parking is worth not spending half your vacation in a parking deck in Waikiki. From this location, you can get on and off H1 in 5 minutes and avoid the traffic. Hotel pool overlooks the beach and diamond head. Beach/pool towels provided. Pool has bar service through lulu’s. Pool is ok, could use a refresh very soon. Room is clean and has good AC. We would stay here again. "
