"The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We went on a Tuesday which is quitet in Brussels in general m. The fridge was broken but that was my only criticism. Other than that had a fab stay and would highly recommend and will probably be back. Had a great cocktail at the bar. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m very fussy! It was called Tropical!"

"The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, though the handheld showerhead wasn’t adjustable for height. On the bright side, the shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smelled amazing! Breakfast included a lovely buffet along with made-to-order hot meals, which were fantastic. We stayed with our dogs and really appreciated the thoughtful little extras provided for them. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel, and we would definitely stay here again if we're back in town."

"Good buffet breakfast. Quite complete and fresh products. The timing of the shuttle was not appropriate for our departure. The grounds could benefit from a little love and care. The staff are competent and friendly. Would return anytime."
