"The hotel itself is not a 4-star hotel. This hotel is a 3-star hotel at best. The place was clean and looked nice, but the staff seemed clueless most of the time, and I got charged double for the room. The shower handle was broken and there were stains all over the comforter. "

"Whole hotel smelled terrible. Receptionist said no 1dt floor rooms was available. First room was so bad, odor and just all stink. Next receptionist gave us a 1st floor room. Was better. Hotel is not worth $155 a night. That is beyond robbery."

"This hidden gem had the best mid-century vibe. The staff were all so nice. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants. The lattes and pastries available in the morning were delicious. I will definitely be back and recommend giving it a try!"

"Staff overnight is awesome and friendly and helpful and super professional (African American with dreadlocks). The room accommodations are poor. There are very noisy trains which pass through all hours of the night which interrupt sleep significantly. The beds are quite uncomfortable. The parking is outrageous ($20 a night). I would not stay there again due to the trains and uncomfortable beds."
