"One of the worst hotels I've stayed. I've seen multiple cockroaches in the lobby and inside the premises. The card keys deactivate every day or so. The hotel is understaffed and not particularly helpful -with a few specific instances. The elevator make noises and vibrate. This hotel needs a complete refurbish including pest control. Staff needs to be trained to recognize guests and provide the quality of services expected at a Hilton. Especially when they ask for guest ID to key new card keys knowing that their identification is at the rooms. The breakfast table needs to be set in logical order (food is not logically organized), etc. I rarely leave reviews, but this property is one that I will never miss and I cannot recommend anyone staying until some serious changes are implemented."
