"A estadia foi boa! Um pequeno problema ao entrar pois não tinham enviado um número (diferente ao localizador da reserva!) que era necessário pra abrir a porta. Felizmente apareceu uma moça (que trabalhava ali) e conseguiu o número e conseguimos entrar. O quarto tinha tudo o básico e necessário para uma estadia prática! A localização é FABULOSA!!!!"

"Me and my boyfriend came to aveiro for two nights to see the city. This arts house is a small art museum with a private tour that takes about 15 minutes during check in. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a very good vibe. The place felt very welcoming and the staff were very nice. It’s also in an amazing location, 2 minute walk from downtown and right beside the aveiro museum. "C’est tout simplement l’un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai eu la chance de séjourner au Portugal, et j’en ai déjà visité beaucoup. La restauration du monument est splendide : l’alliance de l’ancien et du moderne est parfaitement réussie. Le personnel est remarquable, toujours attentif et chaleureux. J’ai eu la chance d'avoir une suite : la chambre, très spacieuse, offre une literie exceptionnelle et même le lit d'appuis est confortable et ça c'est très rare, mon fils fait + 1,80m et à bien dormi ....

"Complicated self check-in with several security codes. No one on site to assist. Local phone number not helpful for international travelers. Worst is the smell of the rooms... musty, basement rooms... left window open, blew fan AC all night which made it slightly better. Would NOT recommend. "
