"Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service. Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor. "

"We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful."

"We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our top-floor room gave wonderful views over the city. The bathroom is slightly dated but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The area around the hotel offers a good selection of bars and restaurants. We found all the city sights to be easily walkable from the hotel. "
