"Really outdated and run down appeal. For the price per night we were expecting more. Sofa bed was broken, found ants in our room, stains all over the carpets beds really need to be replaced. Peeling and bubbling wallpaper , some teammates stayed with here as well and all their food got covered in ants front desk refused to let them switch rooms and when they were gone they went into their room and sprayed it for ants without their consent. TVs are broken. For the price per night find somewhere...

"I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The access road entering the main highway was treacherous getting into traffic. The check in time being 4pm was inconvenient for me because after traveling all day from Tennessee I arrived at the Sleepy Inn at 3pm exhausted and needing to rest. Instead I had to sit and wait, like I had been doing all day, which was frustrating."

"We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet.
