The rooms were clean and nice. The first day the staff was very helpful, the last day when I checked out and asked about charges from the hotel the man working basically refused to help me at all. I booked through Expedia expecting to pay one price and the hotel charged my card two different prices then wouldn’t explain to me why. While I was checking out there was multiple people also complaining to the staff and to my knowledge they didn’t help a single one of us with any of our issues. Wouldn’t stay here again.

No room cleaning, not explained, requested to have room cleaned and clean towels, no one ever brought in, used same towel for 3 days. Breakfast explanation and having 2 hotels in building was super confusing. Would not stay again. Bad service, no help.

Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established.

New hotel so it was clean. The rooms don’t have much storage or privacy though. Cubbies, instead of drawers, which leaves your stuff out in the open, which I don’t care for. There is no closet either, just an open rack to hang clothes on. Housekeeping doesn’t clean daily, which was frustrating. I had to request fresh towels and the trash to be taken out. Checkin was a long process and they couldn’t figure out how to do it and not charge my card again as I had paid through Hotels.com. Had to get multiple people involved to get it done. Then had to come back to get parking validated and that was also a lengthy process. I booked AC Hotels rather than Element and seemed to be looked down on for that choice. I booked a room with a bathtub intentionally and was given a room with a shower only. Not a great experience overall and won’t return.
