Great family place

Great directions to access the place. Great location and beautiful grounds. Many fun things to walk to. Condo had plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would be nice in the early morning sun. Having a patio was a plus. Also had a nice big gym overlooking the pool. Would stay again.

Wonderful, fully furnished apartment.

Great place to stay, in the heart of Boise, close to all the attractions and Boise State. Super clean and well appointed apartment, easy check in due to very detailed instructions. This is my new home away from home each month in Boise.

Had a great stay at this property. My family loved the pool & gym facilities. The greenbelt trail is right out your back door with miles of walking, biking or running. There was a coffee and food truck set up next door one day. The facility has gated, indoor parking with a designated spot. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Boise.

One of the nicest stays I have ever had. The apartment was located right along the Boise Greenbelt which I used daily for my cycling. It sits near the river as well, which was nice to go and take a dip in the water. The apartment came with everything anybody could need (kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, etc.) Also had a nice patio to sit on at night. Extremely clean and updated, modern apartment. Close to downtown Boise. Absolutely love every minute of it.

I loved everything about the space, it was clean with a minimum amount of furnishings. WHICH is how all temp spaces should be designed, nothing worse than having too much furniture, large lamps etc, or no room in closet. This space had so much room and still felt comfortable and warm. I am Neurodivergent, so I require instructions for the simplest things like how to get there (maps) where the parking or garage is located and how to get in, and out, etc. I was way too tired to figure that out when I arrived so did a few hot laps around BSU, but once I was inside the unit, it all made sense with the items hanging on the key rack by the door. Maybe put that basic info into the access code emails? Or at least a link you forward afterwards. Simple things are hard for us, but the hard things are simple. Overall perfect location for my work, and I loved being on the trails. Considering I booked same day, it was perfect.

Would have been a great stay but several things were just disappointing. Never could get the TV to connect, so unable to watch a movie or any football over the New year's holiday. They texted much trouble shooting and promised someone to fix, but it never happened. Wanted to use the hot tub for New Years but it was cold. Also apt only had ONE roll of toilet paper so we ran out. Seriously, no extra TP? This place needs to have someone on site to deal with issues and not be completely hands off. Texting support from New York is not helpful. Has great potential as it was quiet and in a great location.

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We had booked for four nights. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were noticed a strong awful smell. We opened windows to air it out but it wasn’t much help. The apartment was on the first floor so we couldn’t sleep with open windows. We contacted the property manager right away, said they would come the next day. After seeing a few animal hairs around the apartment, we determined it was most likely animal urine we were smelling. I texted management the next morning and requested a return call but I did not receive a response until mid day, after we decided to checked out. I was told we would not get a refund because we did not give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. We stayed 18 hours breathing that air. Our hair and all our clothes smelled like animal urine and my asthma was off the charts. This Issue should have been resolved before our arrival. This place is a biohazard.

The reservation/verification process was a bit tedious with uploading ID, doing webcam confirmations. Understandable, but extra steps. Good (almost too much) communication about the upcoming reservation. Was on top of sending access codes. Challenge with accessing property was related to poor instructions (stated to use the "callbox" which was only at one door, but actually it was at an unmarked side door with a "keypad". Residents saw me having problems and gave guidance. The room was great size and nicely laid out. Could have been a bit more 'cozy'. Had a 1-bedroom, but only had a TV in the living room, so couldn't winddown at night. The bed was a 'gel/memory foam' mattress, which I'm not a fan of. Had an issue with blinds not operating and very low hot water - KASA contacted maintenance and got that fixed promptly. The property layout was a bit confusing and not marked well when trying to go to/from the parking garage/unit. The fitness center and pool were great and everything anyone could want. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would do so again... as it is also one of the closest properties near the family I visit. KASA asked for feedback and when hearing of the issues/challenges, worked to make it right by issuing a partial refund. Apparently this is a relatively new property for them.

The property was great, but we weren’t issued a parking pass and arrived after office hours so getting a parking pass to get my car in the garage was fussy and took 2 hours. Then the borrowed parking pass had to be returned. Then the parking system updated and our parking space and we had to get thru that. Lots of “dealing with it” while on vacation.

Check in was delayed until after 6pm when it it was supposed to be at 4pm. Also the unit had a terrible sewage smell that gave me a bad headache. Also check in was a little bit of a hassle as the code to the door did not work.
