Nice and quiet our room was comfortable the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was really nice a lot of light only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t get into the pool the water was so cold I think you guys should invest in a heated pool . "Place is beautiful & clean & staff were extremely respectful & attentive. We did the king concierge room. The room is spacious super clean & filled with everything you need. Everything was spotless & it smelled great. Towels were all clean & decor is marvelous. One thing it lacked was deff on the concierge level. The lounge is beautiful & very convenient for some snacks & drinks open 24/7. However, that is all its good for. They say they serve a breakfast there as well as sushi & light...

"When we got our first room, it was so noisy. I think this is because of the demographic of people in the hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet and mature guests, this might not be the hotel for you. "Been here many times and everything goes well each time. Friendly and helpful staff and front desk people. Amenities are top notch, a few pools and other things to keep busy - or not, if that's what you want. Highly recommended and close enough to the retail shopping centers too."

"This is a beautiful hotel. I just have one issue, I stayed in the junior suite on the 22nd floor is was great room, other than me hearing the neighbor guest coming in going. The walls were so thin their door was by my headboard, I can hear every time the door opened and closed."

"A hidden gem! I’ve lived about 15min for over 20+ yrs moved to VA and decided to come back for a weekend for family time and I’ve been left pleasantly surprised. As “bourgeois” as a I am, I had low expectations, but I honestly am in love. We stayed in a King suite and it was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the pool and it was quiet and peaceful the entire time. This was a great find! I highly recommend"

"Great location, so close to many historic sites"

"I stayed for a weekend with my family for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The room was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only downfall was the resort including the indoor water park was closes due to renovations. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned while booking through Expedia. We found out when we arrived for check-in. Other than that, the experience was nice. I would back again when they are fully open."
