"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. "The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...

"電車への接続がとてもスムーズで駅前で助かりました。ツェルマットへも深夜でも1時間に1本ほど電車があり、早朝にツェルマットへ行きご来光も拝むことができました。本当に清潔で、整えられたホテルです。スタッフの方の対応もとても優しくフレンドリーで良い滞在となりました。ドライヤーだけは持ち込んだ方がいいかもしれません。"

"Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains. I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. "We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"非常に良いホテルでした。ツェルマット最古？のホテルとの事で、建物はクラシックでしたが、スタッフは非常にプロフェッショナルでした。体調壊した時も近くのクリニック予約してくれました。朝食会場も非常に雰囲気良かったです。部屋からマッターホルンが見れて朝はキャンドルマッターホルン見れました。毎日。立地もメインストリート沿いで駅まで送迎あり大変助かります。ミシュラン一つ星取ってるのも納得です。"
