"The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it .
