"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Located in best area, close to Hyde Park and Marble Arch Tube station as well as directly on Oxford Street. Rooms are clean, beds are fine but for the next time, I prefer a room on an upper level. We had a room on the first floor with view into the patio and it was really dark. Besides our room wasn't prepared at regular check in time 3pm, we had to wait another 45minutes. Not so nice and the lobby was overcrowded. To be more specific: the organization could be better and quicker. "

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged. "

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Hotel RIU Victoria was perfect for using public transportation to get to football stadiums around the city, including Émérites, Tottenham, and Chelsea. We were able to visit all the historical sites easily, as well, because of the hotel’s proximity to Victoria Station. The neighborhood was safe, day and night, for walking to the theater and restaurants. The staff was remarkable for their help when our flights were canceled due to a blizzard in Boston. "Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless of numerous attempts to contact them. "Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!"
