(1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;
(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;

(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.

"The best of the best in IHG hotel group in Southeast asia. The front desk team/the concierge team, everyone who work at this hotel is the best at what they do and providing such an outstanding services. This is our 4th times stayed here and we will only stay here if we come back to Nha Trang. The price is very reasonable for the kind of service you will get here. Worth every penny. "
"Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic.
Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties,
Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future.
