Don’t waste your money

ay, half of the room was uncomfortably hot due to a malfunctioning cooling system. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not resolved, and I had to endure a subpar stay.3. **Power Interruption:** Opening the windows or balcony door resulted in a power outage in the room, which was highly inconvenient and indicative of maintenance issues that need urgent attention.4. **Service Quality:** Regrettably, the staff at the breakfast service were unwelcoming and unfriendly, failing to deliver the level of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment.Overall, my experience at your hotel fell well below the standards I would associate with a 5-star establishment, resembling more of a budget motel than a luxury accommodation.As a dissatisfied guest, I must convey that I would not recommend your hotel to others seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. The issues I encountered during my visit were unacceptable, and I urge you to address them promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments.trust that you will take my feedback seriously and use it to improve the quality of service and amenities at your hotel.

滞在中、10名程度の従業員と接したが、英語を理解するのは1名のみ。 レセプションの男性に至っては、お尋ねしてよろしいですかの問い掛けに、しかめっ面して舌打ちする始末。 ランドリーひとつ頼のにたいへんな苦労をさせられます。 周辺のホテルのプライベートビーチにはパラソルがありますが、このホテルの場所だけはありません。 二度と泊まることはないでしょう。
