Our 2 week villa stay was excellent. We are a family of four and there was a lot of activities and amenities for 2 toddlers. The hotel is clean however most of the guests are not. It could be the culture, but buffet and dining could be messy and chaotic at times - not the hotel and staff fault. Another thing to comment is the smell of the sheets, bedding and pillows. I've had plenty experience staying at hotels and airbnb but they had never smelled like laundry not dried properly or just a general sour smell that would cling on the clothes. I have seen them change the sheets so we know its new but there is still a smell. It did not hinder in our enjoyment but if you are pretty particular or sensitive to smell then its an issue specific to our villa. Finally, the last comment that took one star out of staff was the one lifeguard handing the towels. I have never been lectured in any of the resorts I have stayed at for requesting 2 towels. He said he can only give me one because if he gives me more the other guests will run out. We are a family of 4. There were plenty of towels and the pool area is not even busy. I was so perplexed about the interaction and its not even worth the argument as I walked away pissed. I can understand the control about how much towels to give but as long as its reasonable they shouldnt act like the towel police. Please retrain your staff
We will come back because this property is worth it. We were able to relax and refresh from our busy lives
