Amazing Hotel with fantastic views

Wow ! What an amazing hotel and location! Has a 3 pools all great , 1 one Olympic size swimming over looking an incredible beach. The staff are great and very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and lovey rooms, we paid abut extra to get an ocean view, which didn’t disappoint. 10/10.

Outstanding view

Staff is service minded and helpful. We have the ocean view suite and the room was amazing with outstanding view. A lot of Chinese and Russians staying here, so breakfast buffet was accommodating for them.

It is a best place for family holiday!

We all enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for a big family to relax and have fun. Staffs are also very kind . No foods are allowed from outside but foods served in the resort need some improvement

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with many complimentary amenities and services. Breakfasts were fantastic! There is no AC and smart TV however. It’s a cool area so a fan was enough. There were many black ants in our room but luckily there was none on our bed. The area is quite hard for cars to move in and out.

The resort must be experienced!

Very satisfied with our stay at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The villa was spectacular. All rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. All rooms had a private bathroom and a view of either the beach or nature. The villa had its own private pool, and was located right by the beach. Many good facilities at the resort. We used their fitness center and spa regularly. It was easy to get to and from the island by either speedboat or cable car. The breakfast at the restaurants had good and varied food. The coffee and juice were magical. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. It was a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Disappointed Stay

We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with faster. As you walk around the resort, you can see cups and glasses from the previous night haven't been picked up. The beach could also be cleaned. I felt this embodied the overall management for the resort, with little attention to detail to make the stay feel special.

The villa we stay at was nice for a family of 10. The villa was only 3 room so they charged us 1 adult and 2 children extra for the breakfast and dinner buffet for a total of over $500 US dollars for a 5 night stay. It wasn't stated in the booking, only after we had booked did they send us an email saying we had to pay for the "extra" guest. Needless to say, I forked out the money since we had already bought tickets to Nha Trang and planned around staying there. The villa was clean and in a decent location walking distance to the restaurants and the main building. The restaurant and buffet is where this place failed miserably. For a 5-star hotel, it seemed more like a 1 star hotel in terms of food service. Getting a table for breakfast and dinner was like a mad dash to run to a free table. Half the time we had to wait or were crammed into a small table. That wasn't the only bad part. The food was average at best but getting it was a mad scramble just to get any food that was put out. There was only 1 person at the noodle stations so people was just cramming in just to get their orders in and no discernable line with people just walking in front and ordering. Breakfast seemed to be the worst, when they ran out of tables they carted people to another restaurant only to have no tables left there either. Not enough cooks or food so people were left fighting for scraps. There is no way this place is 5 star, the service was okay but the restaurants were bad.

All services are excellent However, it does not provide a microwave. You have to go all the way to the lobby to get services. It's like hell for people who don't stay in main building Families with children may need a microwave They need to improve on that
