Clean, modern, pretty and well equipped

Apartment 1201 Pros: Decoration, balcony, safe and quite neighborhood, small grocery store beside the building, new furniture and appliances, cleanliness, hairdryer (not specified in the amenities), two bathrooms, two bathtubs with shower, and a brand new washer/dryer machine. Although the apartment is for up to three people, you'll find a bed under bed in the children's room, but you won't find linens for it. Therefore, if you have your linens for that bed, you can have 4 people sleeping in the apartment. Cons: The apartment is facing opposite to the sea--watching at the hills. I arrived in Winter, so the blankets were too cold for the season. The living room's heater didn't warm up the room (lack of power), the children's room doesn't have a heater and the main room had a heater besides the window that didn't do a well job. One towel per person is provided, so it's not good for women with long hair. Not iron nor ironing board as offered in the amenities. Although it's stated in the fine print that foreigners won't pay taxes for the stay, they will charge taxes to everyone: chileans and foreigners.
