Nice Hotel, friendly folks, beautiful view of the ocean and the city. Very safe to walk. Clean The young lady that checked us in was very professional and she gave us lots of information and answered all our questions

Estuve ahí dos días de los cuales a mi llegada me encuentro con hongos en el mini bar y una lámpara rota,los actitud del dueño deja bastante que desear,lo único que rescataria de ese hotel es la disposición de Ángela sobrina del dueño ya que tiene una muy amable actitud. La vista desde el balcón hermosa Muy mal ubicado para donde te muevas debes tomar locomoción!el Wi-fi sin señal la mayoría del tiempo Al dueño no me interesa que el huésped tenga una grata estancia puesto que su actitud sus bastante hostil. La relación precio calidad deja mucho que desear, pague por una habitación premium y sin embargo de premium no tenia absolutamente nada. No volvería y tampoco lo recomiendo.

This is a beautiful hotel!

When we checked in we had accommodations in a superior room. The room was fantastic! Extra large, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and the view was amazing!

Nice view, small room, far from the beach

We were there for three nights. This is a small hotel boutique, in a residential area, between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. We were pratically alone there, and stayed in a room at the ground floor, with a partial view of the sea. The room was not big: most of it was occupied by a very good king bed, with good linnen, but there was no place to seat or to relax except the bed (i.e., it was a room to sleep, not to spend the time). The major drawback is the location: in a residential area, in the middle of a hill, with no restaurants or any attractions in the nearby. I mean: we had to take the car to go everywhere (beach, city center, eating, etc); walking was not really an alternative. The room was silent during the night, but quite busy during the day, because of the traffic in the Avenida España, which is close to the hotel.

Nice for the Price

Very nice and charming hotel. I paid a few extra dollars and got the room on the top floor with an amazing view of the ocean and Vina del Mar. The room had wood beams and had an old European feel to it. The jacuzzi tub was pretty nice as well but it took forever to fill up and the water took a long time to get hot (common in Chile). While the room was charming and quaint, the ceiling sloped on both sides so I had to bend down when walking on the sides of the room. The breakfast buffet left a lot to desire as well. All they had was white toast, tea, juice, instant coffee (bleh!), ham and salami, and a bit of cheese. But it was free, so I guess I can't complain that much. For the price, the hotel was nice. Not sure if I'd stay again though.
