"Staff at the hotel are a bunch of snobs.. this is the first time ive encountered such people; in Chile of all places. They were the least friendly demonstrated zero warmth and humaness. What a shock to our systems.. and we are visitors to Chile; yet born in Chile. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was great. "

"Very good staff. Very comfortable king beds and good selection of pillows. Good location in generally safe Providencia. Originally booked 3 nights here in Santiago but had to extend for additional 5 nights due to getting very sick from a very bad gastroenteritis I caught in a restaurant first night in Santiago. Staff were nice enough to change our bed sheets often because of my sickness. Air-conditioning was very good. Strong enough for both rooms as long as you don't shut the bedroom...

"Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. He gives us room number 8, selectively ignores our questions, as if he didn’t hear or understood. Room was dark to start with one tiny bulb for...

"The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea.
