In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number. "
