Interesting and great place for a rest

Chambrey is a quite quaint town. If you go to a locals bar they treat you like a local. You feel very safe all the time.

Nice room. No fitted sheet but it was clean and had a nice kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and even let us store our bags the next day while we walked around town.

Great stay in Chambery

We were greeted outside by a friendly welcoming member of staff with guidance on how to reach the hotel car parking. The room was basic but clean with plentiful of hot water. All staff were polite and helpful. Great stay

Perfect Price/Quality ratio

Nice hotel, very clean, it’s maybe time for some renewal, but generally the price/quality ratio is perfect. If you stay for a night or two this hotel is the right choice

Great location with affordable parking within walking distance from everything in Chambéry. Room was spacious and comfy.

The hotel is quite average. It needs renovation, espcially the carpets in the rooms. There was also a sewage smell in our room the whole time! On the upside, the hotel staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet was also decent.

The room was pretty big and with a minikitchen, the bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, there was a free coffee/tea and apples in a common area, friendly staff, most of whom spoke very good English. The location was walkable and quiet, except on Friday evening, when a bar nearby had loud boom-boom music outside. Importantly, I couldn’t hear the other guests. Absolutely recommend!

This is a nice little hotel a quick walk to old town which I like because it’s a quieter area. Parking across the street was very convenient and the hotel gives a discounted rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was that our floor’s hallway had a not to pleasant odor….but it didn’t affect our room so not a huge deal. Elevators are tiny but that seems to be the norm in France.

Room and corridor decor very dated and in need of a spruce up. There was a huge water tank in the toilet area. Double bed comfortable. Twin beds were very small. No washing up liquid provided in kitchen area. Mountain view from one room was lovely, the view from the other room over the Main Street was not as nice. Lounge area on floor one was nice. Complimentary drinks machine was a good amenity but several times was not stocked with all drinks. Ok for a short stay and if you are happy with basic accommodation. For a longer stay I would prefer something less shabby.

Very nicely located for this charming town. The room was, overall, ok. Not more. It could use better lighting. As is, it was quite gloomy after sundown. The work area was poorly lit.
