"The amenities at the property are amazing, multiple pools, beach area, ocean front with great places for relaxing, walkable pier and Mariana with Harbor, Bridge, and Charleston views that are so beautiful they seem unreal. On the downside, this is more of an upscale property that needs TLC, cob webs in the ceiling fan over the bed, towels look dingy, walls, doors and trim need to be repainted and everything needs to be refreshed (room 440). The floor had food particles everywhere like it had not been swept and/or vacuumed, there was still toothpaste, residue all over the sink and the shower was straight up dirty like someone had been doing construction took a shower and they did not clean up.
