"The hotel staff and room were extremely nice. If you are going to Lake Como, then you have to take a bus outside of the hotel for 10-15 minutes to get there but other than that it was a great hotel!"

"Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting.
