The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment the bed is very small and the bathroom is tiny. There is a stale smell in the apartment. The toiletries are good, this is one of the only good things. Its located very close to the train/bus station which is good, but after dark it gets sketchy with lots of homeless people around the entrance and across the street. "
