Hotel was in a good location for shopping and dinning options. AC in the room was very noisy and was leaking water. They charge a service fee which is dumb. For this reason I can not give it a 5 star.

Atendimento na recepção é muito bom. As experiências no restaurante foram péssimas, tanto solicitando para a entrega no quarto, quanto pela espera de quase duas horas para receber um prato básico de massa com molho de queijo. O banho é apenas razoável, e quarto, mesmo estando para o lado interno, acaba tendo barulho vindo do saguão (e estava em andar alto). A localização é boa e tranquila.

Esperava mais do hotel. É um hotel que, pra quem não conhece, parece um "hotel de luxo", mas na verdade é bem meia boca. O atendimento no check-in e check-out não é dos melhores. O quarto tem várias marcas de desgaste (antigo). O banheiro não tem nenhuma ventilação. Cobram 8 reais numa água de 350ml. O café da manhã é bem sem graça. É pão, mortadela, queijo, vina, ovos, bolos, pão de queijo... O mesmo que um hotel com diária de 100 reais. Enfim... A estrutura do hotel é ótima, quarto e espaço são bons, o que é negativo na avaliação é fácil de mudar e melhorar.
