"Everyone and everything was good. 2 issues - surprised that 5 star hotel had 4ft 6ins beds rather than 5 ft. The hight of the bath made it very difficult to step in."

"We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "
