"It's right in the middle of Chandi Chawk, so if you understand this you can soak up the experience of staying at this Unesco World Heritage hotel. I chose it for the experience. The food at the restaurant is excellent. I ate with live classical Indian music duo of tabla and flute one day and tabla and saringar another night. I do photography, so the location is a street photographer's paradise."

"Attention : hôtel à éviter ! ⚠️ L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant et mal entretenu, avec la présence de cafards et de la poussière partout dans la chambre. J’ai subi du bruit jusqu’à 1 h du matin, car ma chambre était au 4ᵉ étage et la cuisine juste au-dessus, au 5ᵉ : une situation invivable. Le téléphone dans le couloir sonnait toutes les cinq minutes, ce qui ajoutait encore au chaos. "Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."

"(Only stayed here one night while transiting through Delhi) The good: - we had a bed to sleep in - the room was technically clean. - able to organise airport drop off during checkin for a fee. - Checkin staff were nice. The not so good: - No hot water for a shower. Luke warm at best - we could see the wiring for the ceiling lighting in the room/toilet flush worked but loose on the wall, generally the condition of the room was poor. - communication to the hotel via Expedia was non existent....
