"Nice hostel"

"Very convenient location about a 2 minute walk from metro station and bus station. Excellent wi-fi, excellent AC, clean room, staff willing to help in the early hours which was appreciated. The only drawback was I had difficulty getting hot water in the shower."

"Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."

"Excellent service and wonderful hospitality!!! Love their care and attention to detail. 24 hours room service (always with a smile). Could see some monkey from my window :-) Always good karma. Namaste 🙏, Ana"

"Absolutely great hostel vibes, perfect for solo travellers. Rooms are a good size. What made this the perfect stay are the staff who go out of their way to welcome you. In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel"

"카드키들이 오래되어 작동이 원활하지 않아 키변경만 몇번하느라 너무 힘들었습니다. 체크인부터 말한 화장실티슈는 3박하는동안 결국 받지못했고, 타올변경은 매번 눈쌀을 찌푸렸습니다. 주변지역이 올드델리의 무슬림 지역이라 매우 위험하고 더러운 동네라 조심해야합니다. The toilet tissue from the check-in was not received during the 3-night stay, and the towel change frowned each time. Be careful because the surrounding area is a very dangerous and dirty neighborhood because it is a Muslim area in Old Delhi. You...

"I chose this hotel because it was close to the station and very reasonable, but I couldn't stand the fact that the room was dirty and there were a lot of insects, and sometimes the shower water didn't come out at all. The atmosphere around the hotel was also dangerous. The cost performance was not bad, but it was a little harsh."
