"I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it....

"It was a good location, well connected and has restaurants and gelateria stone’s throw away. The market on Saturdays is a treat! Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite"

"Strange place, but that’s okay. Didn’t like the bed, pillows, shower head was dangling, rust-stains in the toilet. Lightning was really weird (fluorescent fixtures on ceiling). Lots of night noises. Overall I’d say it wasn’t worth the price paid. "

"Was in a Studio for 4 nights. The property is 15 minutes from Milan Central station. 2 minutes walk to an "all you can eat" sushi restaurant as well as a pizza restaurant next to it. Both restaurants offer delicious food. The room is spacious, clean and set daily. The kitchen is fully equipped. A welcome bottle of water & wine are placed in the room. No staff available to assist in the luggage. Front desk available Mon-Sat. 09:00 to 20:00 and Sun. from 10:00 to 18:00. Mr. Diego at the front desk...

"Totally exceeded our expectations. Bright, spacious apartment with more than enough scope to self-cater if you wanted to. The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay.
