We always want to improve and grant our guests a great stay! Cleanliness is also a main point and we apologise that it was not meeting our standards. Regarding the bugs, honestly we are regularly checking our rooms, if there is one it is plausible that it is a bug. There are little beetles coming from the garden sometimes, I know, in a hotel you certainly are more sensitive to that - but I can assure you, it most certainly is this kind of bug we also sometimes see. When you see it you firstly feel alarmed - us too, so we clearly check it every time. Still, we will definetely will deep-clean and check the room to be sure, as safety and well-being is our top-priority. We apologize that the room was not meeting your expectations and want to assure you, that our guest's comfort is always of highest priority for us. Usually we always offer room changes and do our best to offer a suitable, convenient solution. Please contact us and help us to improve - as there might have been issues with comunication and processes. Nervertheless, on our fourth floor we do not have a kitchen, but apologize in case the atmosphere of your room was not convenient. We definiteley will retrace what the issue might be and will take necessary actions. A room change is always an option and is usually offered and we are sorry that in your case the course of action did not evolve as it is supposed to. We would highly appreciate if you could get back on us and to have the opportunity to resolve this. Regarding a refund, as already explained in direct contact and via e-mail, due to the cancellation policies, we cannot directly refund. But, as my colleague you were in contact with already recommended, getting in touch with the Booking Agency or a refund via a travel insurance is an option in cancellation cases.
