"WARNING READ IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED AND THINKING OF TRAVELING TO THIS HOTEL The handicap room was not very accessible for my 91 year old mother the bed was way to low and she could not get out of it in the morning, Same with the toilet way to low someone had to help her off it every time she had to use the toilet. The shower was not accessible at all the tub had very high sides yes there was a transfer chair built into the tub but the transfer chair did not come far enough out of the tub for easy accessibility, Plus even if my mom could get into the tub it would have been difficulty to reach the facuets on the other end of the tub. The refrigerator was very low to the ground once again making it difficulty for any one with mobility issues Plus the refrigerator was not attach to the cabinet and the whole unit move everytime it was open and had to be put back in place so the door on the cabinet could be shut. If my mother was traveling alone this room would have been very difficult for her to stay in."

"The hotel is nice , it’s clean, it’s new , and it feels incomplete. I’m sure , or at least hoping what they will complete , is a breakfast menu .. The 22 dollar breakfast was awful. I paid 530 a night for 2 rooms for 2 nights — 2100 for 2 nights …breakfast would have been nice ..and what they put out was less than great. It’s a nice hotel, I’d go back …they just need to put finishing touches on some things."

"This is a very nice hotel only a mile from the Saratoga Springs downtown. Included are useful amenities such as shuttle bus service to all local points of interest including the downtown and racetrack, a complementary breakfast with a very good selection, an outdoor pool, and a pleasant lobby/reception area. The rooms are clean and well maintained with just one shortcoming. While the bathrooms are clean and modern, the shower enclosures could use some attention. Judging by the 2 rooms booked by myself and our friends, the enclosures had some discoloration from water stains along the joints in the walls; nothing horrible but visually unappealing. Aside from that one issue, the hotel is very nice and I would reserve a room there for a future visit."

"This is a lovely hotel with 7 guestrooms. It is connected to the restaurant/bar and under the same ownership and management. it is very unconventional, like getting a room at an old-fashioned inn. There is no front desk, no concierge, no room keys. All the communications are through text and email. You are given a numerical code to open your room on a keypad. There is a very nice coffee machine on the second floor and granola bars. The restaurant was fine for lunch and dinner. The college kids who work at the restaurant also clean the guestrooms and were very helpful when we had questions. unfortunately, the nice sandy beach on the lake was not open during our stay. Beautiful view of the lake and sunset on the restaurant deck."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and nice. Parking garage a bit pricey but worth it. You can't beat the location, only steps away from all the action! Would definitely stay there again."

"We went to see Dave Matthews Band at SPAC and it was in a perfect easy close location to drive in and out to it. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were nice and the breakfast in the morning was perfect. Would definitely stay again if coming for a concert here."
