The hotel has a beautiful lobby, and the room was generally clean. However, we noticed some large bugs on the ceiling, which the staff kindly helped us remove. The bed was also too soft for our liking.

We weren’t crazy about the destination fee , although getting partial credit in the restaurant helped , the food there was amazing . We also thought the mattresses were rather soft. The decor and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous and spacious. We would definitely stay again

This was our second stay from October last year. Our room and bathroom were starting to show some wear and tear, However good value for the price. I did miss the complementary blue glass Saratoga Water bottles replaced with plastic. We were also charged twice for our stay but as soon as I spoke to the front reception they said it would be rectified right away. Pleasant stay overall.

The AC in my room did not work so I was hugely disappointed with that. Maintained 72°which way too high for me. Soundproofing should be considered. You hear everything from hallway and adjoining rooms. Bathroom super clean. Room very nice

This was our second time at the Brookmere. As usual wonderful service food and atmosphere. The pool is great just a relaxing place. Shout out to restaurant staff Janice was great. General Manager Selin just couldn't do enough for her guests. Best part she is working on the weather for next year. We highly recommend Brookmere you won't be sorry. The Kohns

Our one night stay was extremley pleasant. The property is updated and very clean. Rooms are super comfy and roomy. Short drive to all attractions in Saratoga. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great Hotel and location just 3 short miles outside of Saratoga Springs. Our room was fabulous with a wonderful shower however there was no iron and the fridge did not work. Other than that a great experience and if I got the same great price I would be back.
