"I always stay at the Royal Scot when I visit Victoria. It's surprisingly quiet and low key, but only one block away from the water and from the Parliament buildings. It's cozy and friendly, but not TOO friendly. I can't recommend it more highly."

"Excellent staff. Very clean room, and throughout the hotel, which is a very short stroll to the Inner Harbour area. Balcony has no table or chairs. Dining room very nice but cooked breakfast has scrambled egg, sausages and tater totters …quite boring , cold food is OK. Considering breakfast is included ..."
