"We had the Newbury room and it was very comfortable and spacious. Very tasteful and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are lovely. The bidet toilets were next level! The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - about 10 min walk to the ocean. About 10-15 mins by car to downtown Victoria. The restaurant is super busy every night (!) so didn’t manage to try it, so make sure you book in advance. Lovely boutique hotel! "

"The hotel was a block away from James Bay Village with grocery/convenience stores, several restaurants of different cuisines, and cafes, and also a block away from Beacon Hill Park, which is my favourite park in Victoria. My group decided to take the bus from the ferry for our weekend trip, so we walked 6 minutes from the terminus bus stop at the Legislature to the hotel. "This was a repeat stay for us. Breakfasts are very nice. The Inn is near the Inner Harbor and major dights, but about 1 km back and away from that, so it is nice and quiet. We love being able to go to Victoria with our bikes via ferry and take rides in and around Victoria."
