"Love the rooms, staff & location. Up scale, quiet and just overall a lovely place to stay. We find The Courtney Room (onsite bar/restaurant) a bit pricey and not really very fancy for what you're paying."

"We got checked in and left for a few hours came back. They had done a full turn down service brought fresh ice, and water in our rooms. Remade the beds just a phenomenal experience. "The hotel is located so conveniently to parks and attractions. Very walkable and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast at the in-house pub. Only suggestion would be to have a bug screen for the windows so we can keep it open during the night. Room was a bit hot and had to have a fan on all night."

"The heritage building had so much character. We loved the unique decor. The room was charming, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, the abundance of towels, and the comfy robes. "The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return"

"Really enjoyed staying at this hotel on the Inner Harbor. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I would strongly recommend the restaurant off the main lobby of the hotel. Especially the breakfast menu. They don't have a chance to try out the pool but I imagine in the warmer months in the summer it would be a wonderful place for families. There is a dock down at the bottom of the hill below the hotel that has access to a water taxi. It's a little expensive but worth at least one...
