"Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. Conversely, when we had the buffet, it was fantastic and of course did not require much staff interaction. Bar service was excellent and our room was immaculate. Do be a little careful going down the stairs across from the hotel towards the beach. There is an area where a handful of homeless congregate, and they are somewhat aggressive when asking for money. Overall a great stay"

"Stunning property! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was so spacious, it felt more like a suite. The common areas were so inviting and beautiful, and the staff was beyond friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to Parte Viejo, which worked out great for us as we were eating pintxos nonstop."

"Clean hotel room very close to all bars and restaurants in Gros and Old town. Enjoyed walking to beach and watching sunset there."

"Good location however, a 20-30 minute walk to city center. Buses nearby. Upon our arrival, they held our luggage until check in. However, at checkout, you have to use lockers in the hotel if you want storage at 4.5 E per hour. Internet was fine. Bed was fine. Pillows were way too mushy. Room could been cleaner."
